We have not been in business for over 65 years by overlooking the details. We are focused on excellence from the first phone call to the shipment of the next jar… From the first day of your orientation, until the day you retire.

A Message from Our CEO

Humans have adorned their bodies with jewelry since the beginning of time. Over the course of our civilization, jewelry has become many different things to different people – symbols of love, mementos of significant events and accomplishments, signs of our affection and style. Jewelry is universal, and our universal love of it is global, non-denominational, and enduring.

Making the product that helps people around the world clean and care for things so precious and important to them, is something we take great pride in being able to do so well. When I acquired the company over 15 years ago, jewelry cleaner was not something that anyone really thought I could build into a “real” company. I saw an opportunity to build on the company’s history of amazing formulas, and to create a compelling reason to connect with consumers – to give people a beautiful product that they can really use with confidence. Growing the company has definitely been challenging, and it has certainly been worth it.

Building our outstanding team did not happen overnight. Over the past decade, we have been working hard to recruit, train, invest in, develop, grow and retain our team of talented professionals and team members. Growth for us has a lot of aspects. It means growing our business. It means growing our opportunities and growing our product line. It means growing our people, our teams and our capacity. It means growing our skills, our knowledge and our experience. It has not always been easy, and we have not always gotten in right on the first try.

 But, we are committed to growth, and committed to learning and improving each day.
